During our one-year residential recovery program, trained addictions counsellors guide residents through courses designed to equip them with the tools for long-term recovery, such as coping with stress, building self-esteem and preventing relapse. Upon program completion, we continue to support graduates through alumni outreach.

We offer support to the broader community as well, including our “Life Management Skills” and “Understanding One’s Anger” courses.
